NERC Science Committee SRI Ideas Survey

Overview

To inform the discussion of Strategic Research Investment ideas at the meeting on 25^th January, Science Committee members are requested to consider the 14 ideas submitted by NERC Head Office and complete this survey which asks you to provide an initial score for each idea based on the following categories:

• Alignment to NERC Strategic Delivery Plan ambitions
• Timeliness
• Novelty
• Community readiness
• Existence of complimentary/duplicative work

Entering your name, email address and organisation is mandatory.

Once you have entered these details please select each idea from the contents page of the survey to add your scores. It’s not mandatory to score every idea at this stage but you are encouraged to input into as many as you feel able to.

The summary text for each idea is included within the survey so you should not need to refer to any other documentation in order to complete this activity.

We anticipate this activity to take you no more than 30 minutes.

Science Committee are requested to submit their comments no later than cop 22^nd January.

What happens next

All personal data submitted on this form will be processed in accordance with current UK data protection legislation. 

Information submitted will be used to help facilitate the analysis and discussion of the 14 SRI ideas at Science Committee on 25^th January.

We will not pass your information on to any other third party without obtaining your prior permission.
