DiSSCo UK Expression of Interest
Overview
By submitting this form, you confirm that your organisation intends to apply for funding from the DiSSCo-UK programme.
DiSSCo UK (https://www.dissco-uk.org/) is a £155 million, 10-year programme that will digitise UK natural science collections, unlocking the data and creating a digital, distributed national research infrastructure. The consortium of UK natural science collections is led by the Natural History Museum in partnership with the Arts and Humanities Research Council (AHRC) and UK Research and Innovation (UKRI).
Completing this survey is not a condition of participating and AHRC understands the information entered in this survey may change between now and submitting a bid.
Why your views matter
This survey is important to help us gauge the level of interest and readiness of the community as well as providing assurance to AHRC/UKRI that there is both sufficient interest from the community, and collections to digitise. Aggregated survey results will be used in programme planning and community consultation in the run up to the first digitisation funding call in Summer 2025, e.g. to inform FAQs, and to demonstrate business case benefits.
