UKRO Subscriber Roundtables - Sign Up Form (extended)

Closed 10 Sep 2024

Opened 6 Sep 2024

Overview

We would like to invite subscribers to attend a virtual roundtable discussion in September which will provide an additional opportunity for us to update you on developments with UKRO, and for us to discuss the future of the UKRO service with you. This will help us to better understand your needs from a future subscription service, how this is best delivered, and how this might interact with other forms of support such as the National Contact Points.

We would now like to invite you to register to participate in one of these virtual sessions. We are currently intending to run these on the following dates:

  • Monday, 16 September, 1.00-2.30 pm UK Time
  • Friday, 27 September, 10.00-11.30 am UK Time

The intention is that these sessions will be active, small group discussions with subscribers, and for that reason we are limiting attendance to one representative per subscriber organisation. We would be grateful if you could agree within your organisation who is best placed to represent your interests. This email has been sent to the primary contact and Cc list in our database. Please consider who else in your institution may need to see this email, particularly in your EU research team. We ask that nominated attendees register for their preferred session(s) no later than 12 noon on Monday 9 September 2024.

Invitations will be issued as soon as possible following the deadline, and we will try to accommodate people’s preferences as far as we can. Depending on demand it is possible that we will make additional sessions available or find other routes for subscribers to engage in this important process, so please do let us know if you are keen to participate but can’t make either of the proposed dates. There will also be further opportunities to input as we start to outline the potential future options in October and November.
