ROCG Recruitment Application

Introduction:

As part of your application to become a member of the UKRI Research Organisation Consultation Group (ROCG), you will be asked to provide personal data about yourself to support the processing of your application and for monitoring purposes.  

What information we need:

We will request some basic information about yourself, including diversity data. While it is voluntary to share this information, doing so will enable us to monitor the pool of applicants who apply to become a member of ROCG.  

What we do with your information:

We will retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected and in accordance with our Information Management policy and Retention Schedule.  Some information from your application will be shared with the assessment panel to support the decision process. This will include an ROCG member who is outside of UKRI. No diversity data will be shared as part of the assessment process.  Diversity data will only be used for monitoring purposes. 

Whilst you are volunteering this information, UKRI will be processing your personal data under our public task.
