Your responses may be used to create internal and external promotional materials to inspire others to upskill or start via their own apprenticeship journey, or to consider joining UKRI through one of its apprenticeship programmes. 

What happens next

How we will use your personal data 

The personal data you give us will be used to gather your experiences as an apprentice at UKRI and may be featured in internal and external materials to promote apprenticeships. This includes showcasing the benefits, support, and impact of apprenticeships at UKRI, both within UKRI and outside UKRI. All information you have provided may be used in this material. We may also use this information internally to evaluate apprenticeships at UKRI.

We will collect:

• Your name, job title, and apprenticeship details (optional)
• Qualitative responses about your experience
• A photo (optional)

• If you do not provide your name and apprenticeship details, your responses will be used anonymously.

We will retain your responses only as long as necessary for apprenticeship promotions, then securely delete them. If you wish to withdraw your responses form being used to evaluate the programme or in published material, please contact UKRIApprenticeships.org.
