NQCC's Quantum Hackathon 2025: Provider Form

As a representative of my organisation, I confirm that my organisation will:

• Provide access to at least one quantum computing machine (and/or a simulator following prior agreement) for the duration of the event (9 am UK time on 21st July through to 5 pm 23rd July 2025, including the night)
• Run a 1-2 hour webinar training session on how to access and programme the quantum computer (within 10 days prior to the hackathon).
• Provide at least one (up to three) mentor(s) with suitable expertise of how to use your quantum computing platform to support up to three teams during the in-person event.
