Reviewing the STFC Review Promotion system
Overview
As you will have seen, the Review Promotion process has been paused to allow time to review and improve it.
The current process has been in place for many years and feedback from staff, panel members and senior leaders has highlighted that it can be overly complex, time-consuming, and does not always align with how careers develop in a modern environment.
A new system is now being designed, with the aim of creating a process that is clear, fair and better aligned to individual development and STFC’s strategic needs. This is a chance to reimagine the process with staff experience at its core and we want your input to help shape the changes.
To ensure colleagues from all job families, bands, and departments have a voice in the redesign, we are inviting staff to complete the survey.
Closing date: 5pm, Friday 6 June.
