  • 1 hour 1-1 online discussion to understand personal development needs

  • 1-day face-to-face training to address collective themes of interest to the cohort, including approaches and tools to support project leadership, team leadership and commercial working

  • 2-hour follow-up 1-1 coaching (online)

The course will take place in June-23 (exact date to be confirmed), in Newcastle. Training will be delivered in-person over two half-days. Day-1 is expected to start around mid-day start, with an opportunity to network with other fellows over dinner. Day-2 will finish around mid-day.

The network is particularly keen for Clinical Fellows working in or with a strong interest in experimental medicine to attend.
