To identify and understand challenges for Programme Managers completing activities in a Board timetable.  To highlight actvitities that may not have relealistic deadlines.

To inform the timetabling process and help develop an accurate roles and responsibilities document.  Data may also be used to support the Application Checking Task and Finish Group.
