Net Zero Domain - Internal Customer Experience & Operations Engagement

Dear Net Zero Domain Colleagues,
We would like to ask for your help!
Last September the Internal Customer Experience Team set up separate monthly engagement sessions with each Net Zero theme.
These sessions were set up so that the domain colleagues can build relationships with the Pre & Post Award Leads (within IUK Operations), learn about Operational updates and process changes, ask questions and share feedback on operational delivery.
We have put these sessions in for a trial period and we would like to ask your opinion as to how you'd like to see these run in the future.
