Overview

Thank you for taking part in the panel for XXX interviews. This short form will be used to capture your scores on the project you have just been presented at interview. 

You will be asked to score 3 questions: 

• Business case (scored out of 40) 

• Technical case (scored out of 40) 

• Funding and added value (scored out of 20) 

The final question which is not scored is used to capture your recommendation on whether you think this project should be funded by simply responding either yes or no. 

Your responses along with those from the other panel members, will allow each project to be given a final score and a final recommendation for funding which support Innovate UK in making their funding decisions. A project must receive a score a score of at least 70% and a majority vote of recommended for funding to be able to be considered for funding.
