Introduction

The personal data you provide us with will be used to conduct the sandpit event and the organisation of accommodation and other logistics.

The information will be shared with our selected facilitation company in planning the delivery of the sandpit and with the hotel in organising accommodation and meals. 

Information relating to this survey will be retained until the event concludes, then deleted. Your personal data will be handled in line with UK data protection legislation and managed securely.

2. Do you require hotel accommodation for the night of over two days of the Sandpit - 14, 15 and 16 April? All in-person sessions start at 09:30. The arranged hotel is the Leonardo, Swindon.
