Expression of Interest to participate in Youth Microgrant Workshop
Overview
Submit this expression of interest form by midnight on 27 July 2026 to attend a 2 day in-person collaborative design workshop on 1 and 2 October 2026 in London to develop innovative methods to deliver microgrants to young people aged 11 – 18 in the UK. This initiative is part of UKRI’s Opportunity Mission, which is one of 5 Missons in the Research & Development Mission Accelerator Programme. This workshop is specifically part of the Home Learning Environment Challenge within the Mission.
Expressions of interest will be reviewed by a panel from the Opportunity Mission team to ensure a diverse and balanced cohort of people and organisations.
Applications will be assessed on:

Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the four key focus areas;

The relevance of applicants' experience to the design, delivery or evaluation of microgrant approaches;

A willingness and ability to work collaboratively with consortium and other participants to develop and implement emerging ideas.
