Data Protection and Privacy Notice
All personal data collected via this survey will be handled in line with UK data protection legislation and managed securely. The survey is anonymous . We do not collect any personal data that will directly or indirectly identify yourself as an individual. In addition, please do not include any personal data that will directly or indirectly identify another individual in your free text responses. We encourage you to take part in the survey, however, participation is optional.
You do have the option to request a copy of your responses at the end of the Survey by sharing your email address with Citizen Space (the survey platform). This information will not be shared with the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
An anonymised versions of the responses will be available to ESRC on Citizen Space in order to conduct our national level research and analysis. ESRC will then share an aggregated and anonymised version of the results of the survey with the CDT+ for the purpose of providing feedback and identifying any priority areas for future engagement. CDT+s are informed of the number of responses per year of study in order to add some context to the feedback that is provided. Individual responses to the survey are not fed back to the CDT+s. Aggregated data may be published on the ESRC website.
Notes for completion
If a question does not apply to you, or you cannot offer any opinion on it, then please leave blank or mark “Not applicable”. The questionnaire should take around fifteen minutes to complete. When you arrive at the final 'thank you' page, you will know that your responses have been recorded on our database.
Please do not identify yourself or other individuals (including staff) in your comments. If you have a complaint or need support with any of the issues raised within the survey, please contact your institution.
This online survey has a 'save and return' feature that allows respondents to come back to an incomplete survey response at a later date without losing the information they've already entered as part of their response. The user must have cookies enabled in their web browser to use this feature, and the feature is not available for responses that have already been completed and submitted.
