February away day - communications

Overview

This survey should be completed before attending the MCE away day on 27 Feb. 

The aim of the survey is to give the team an opportunity to confidentially share your experiences and preferences around communication within the team.  On the day, we will look at the responses and reflect on them, before considering practical steps to improve communcation within the team.
