Inbox Management Survey
Overview
Thank you for your continued work in monitoring the external facing shared inboxes for BBSRC eligibility, policy, remit and fellowships.
As you are aware, some changes were made to the management of the shared inboxes in November last year with the inclusion of new out-of-office messages indicating that BBSRC would no longer answer questions received where the information is already provided on our website and an increase in the SLA from 10 to 15 working days. These changes were implemented with the understanding that we would review the impact after a few months.
With this in mind, we would appreciate it if you could complete the following survey by COP Friday 15th March.
