BBSRS Training Grant Award Holder Event

Overview

We are delighted to invite BBSRC award holders to our 2026 in person training grant award holders’ event, taking place on Wednesday 16th September 2026 at the Steam Museum, Swindon. There will also be a dinner taking place at the Leonardo Hotel on Tuesday 15^th September, where attendees are invited to stay over the night before the event. 

‘We would like to invite a maximum of two members from DTP, DLA, DFA, CTP and IDLA partnerships. Where an organisation holds multiple awards, numbers will be adjusted accordingly. This could be the named Training Grant Award Holder, Programme Managers, and a Project Partner Lead, but your partnership should decide who is best placed to attend.

The event will be an opportunity to meet with members of BBSRC, where they will answer any queries that you may have. Additionally, the event aims to give award holders a chance to network and share experiences of managing a UKRI/BBSRC Training Grant.’
